Any time between you receiving the order confirmation email and when we send you the mixed/mastered products: You may request a full refund for any reason; if you are not satisfied with the ETA or change your mind about the cost, etc.
Return Process:
Contact us: Reach out to us via email to start the return. We will work with you to get your refund at full price asap.
Explain the request: Provide the order number of the product you would like to return with your email request and the reason for the return.
Exclusions:
Artistic preference: If you are dissatisfied with the overall sound or style of the mix/master, as this is subjective and within the discretion of the engineer.
Client-provided source material: We are not responsible for the quality or suitability of the audio files provided by the client.
Delays in the process: While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

1. Agreement
By using the audio services provided by Townsound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our audio services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written).
2. Services
We offer professional sounding audio mixing/mastering services for a variety of genres, including but not limited to pop, alternative, indie, lofi, hip-hop. Our services may include:
Mixing: Adjusting levels, EQ, dynamics, and effects to create a balanced and professional-sounding mix.
Mastering: Finalizing the audio for distribution by optimizing loudness, stereo imaging, and overall sonic quality.
Other services: Other mixing such as Dolby Atmos. And anything else we may agree upon that is not readily available in store.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide high-quality source material: You are responsible for providing us with high-quality audio files in the appropriate format.
Provide clear instructions: You must provide clear and concise instructions regarding your desired sound and any specific requirements for the mix/master.
Review and approve: You are responsible for reviewing and approving the audio files within 7 days of receiving them.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with our services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Copyright: You retain all copyright and ownership rights to your original audio recordings.
License: By engaging our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use your audio recordings solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
Confidentiality: We will treat your audio recordings and any confidential information you provide to us with the utmost confidentiality.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
